Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Paint Prepper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing vehicles for the painting process by performing various tasks such as sanding, masking, and priming.
Duties:
- Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces
- Clean and maintain work areas and equipment
- Color sand & buff/Wash vehicles for delivery
- Perform quality checks on finished work
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Experience:
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality work
- Experience in color sanding & buffing preferred
- Familiarity with power tools used in auto body repair
-Previous experience in a body shop setting is beneficial
